I specialize in women’s mental health, helping driven women navigate anxiety, motherhood, postpartum transitions, relationship strain, and career pressure — so they can feel calmer, more confident, and more like themselves again.

Many of the women I work with are carrying the mental load of parenting while managing demanding careers and relationships. In today’s culture of intensive motherhood, it’s easy to feel burned out, overstimulated, resentful, or lost in the roles you’re holding. I support moms facing postpartum anxiety and depression, mom guilt, overwhelm, burnout, identity loss, and the strain this can place on marriage.

Schedule your sessions

Once we decide we are a good match (because you get to shop for therapists too—just like a good pair of jeans), we will get you scheduled. We will meet weekly for the first 4 sessions to get through all the fluff and then get right to the good stuff. After that we can adjust your sessions to fit your life.
