Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment, via the client portal, as long as you provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. Failure to show up/no show your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment—because your time is valuable and so is mine.

In the case of illness or an emergency, please notify me no later than 9:00 a.m. the day of the appointment. Please send a message via the client portal, text message or call and leave a message if you get voice mail.
